Job Summary
A business services company is filling a position for a Remote COVID 19 Vaccine Appointment Setter.
Must be able to:
- Assist in the roll out of vaccines
- Demonstrate a genuine care for customers
- Easily build rapport and demonstrate empathy
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1-year customer service experience
- Own equipment, including a Windows 10 computer and USB headset
- Experience in Microsoft tools, such as MS TEAMS and Office 365
- Ability to work from home in a quiet space, free from distraction
- Availability to work from 10 AM to 10 PM (EST)
- High school diploma or equivalent
