Job Summary
A non-profit corporation that works to improve the lives of Hawaiian youth is seeking a Remote COVID Nurse Analyst Abstractor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review source data from handwritten medical records
- Enter information into the Department of Defense Trauma Registry (DoDTR) and/or the integrated clinical modules of the DoDTR
- Collect comprehensive, accurate data relating to infectious disease patients by abstracting all trajectories of care
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BSN prepared registered nurse, with an active nursing license in one of the fifty states
- Experience in caring for infectious disease patients in the emergency department, intensive care unit or in a deployed environment
- Familiar with basic computer skills, such as utilizing Microsoft office products
- Ability to serve as an infectious disease, pandemic, and clinical subject matter expert
- Ability to correct audited inaccuracies within utilizing the government provided abstracting business rules
