Job Summary
A non profit health system is in need of a Remote Contact Tracer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting telephone calls with close contacts of confirmed COIVD-19 patients
- Communicating with contacts in a professional and empathetic manner
- Collecting and recording information into the data management system
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school Diploma or equivalant
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Data Entry
- Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of social and community resources
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to interact professionally with people from diverse backgrounds
