Job Summary

A staffing and recruiting services company is filling a position for a Remote COVID19 Contact Tracer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Make high volume outgoing phone calls to patients and contacts in empathetic and professional manner
• Enter information into CRM database
• Utilize scripts to communicate guidelines, next steps and quarantine procedures

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree Highly Preferred or relevant experience
• 1+ years in medical field or 3+ years in a call center environment
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English
• Strong computer skills and experience using GoogleDocs
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Must have own computer, phone and headset/headphones
