Job Summary
A staffing and recruiting services company is filling a position for a Remote COVID19 Contact Tracer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Make high volume outgoing phone calls to patients and contacts in empathetic and professional manner
- Enter information into CRM database
- Utilize scripts to communicate guidelines, next steps and quarantine procedures
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree Highly Preferred or relevant experience
- 1+ years in medical field or 3+ years in a call center environment
- Ability to read, speak, and write in English
- Strong computer skills and experience using GoogleDocs
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Must have own computer, phone and headset/headphones
