Job Summary
A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote CPA Firm Bookkeeper in Oregon City.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Handling reconciliations for bank and general ledgers
- Ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
- Performing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including collections
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in bookkeeping
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Proficient at analyzing financial data and promptly creating accurate reports
- High school diploma or similar accreditation, and an AA degree or higher in Accounting or Business recommended
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Deep understanding of Individual Federal Income Tax Returns
