Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Professional Medical Coder - Office Digestive.

Key Responsibilities

• Review clinical documentation to accurately code conditions and procedures using ICD-10 and CPT codes
• Maintain coding accuracy of 95% and manage daily review queues for timely processing of charts
• Communicate with administrative staff and other team members to resolve coding discrepancies and ensure compliance with guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 3+ years of Physician Coding experience, including Evaluation & Management coding
• CPC certification from AAPC
• Experience with EMR systems
• Must maintain professional credentials throughout employment
