Job Summary

A retail company is filling a position for a Remote CPD Client Services Lead in Boca Raton.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Build custom programs essential to ongoing client operations
• Be the primary customer point person for all Service Delivery Programs within assigned accounts
• Design, develop, and implement ongoing strategies to ensure the highest levels of customer support

Required Skills:

• May be required to travel up to 10% in order to meet with clients onsite within a client's offices
• Bachelors Degree
• Minimum 5 years of related experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum of 1+ years Copy & Print industry experience
• 1+ years progressive experience in tactical execution and strategic planning
