An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote CPL Litigation Represented Casualty Adjuster.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Investigating homeowner liability involving property damage and/or bodily injury
- Reviewing the policy and deciding how coverage applies
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of litigation claims handling experience
- Bachelor’s degree and/or prior experience in handling claims
- Strong background in negotiation and conflict management
