Job Summary
A marketing company that provides a variety of services including web development, media planning and buying, analytics, mobile advertising, and social influence marketing is filling a position for a Remote Creative Copy Director in San Francisco.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as the principle creative lead and manages a team of copywriters
- Directing all phases of creative work for assigned accounts from concept development through production, for inspiring and motivating creative teams, and developing and directing creative work of the highest caliber
- Creating on-brand, on-strategy compelling copy
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 8+ years experience as a copywriter in an agency environment (including experience with interactive media and direct marketing)
- Proven conceptual out of the box thinker
- Degree or diploma in English, journalism, communications or a related field preferred
- Significant interactive brand-building experience including concept development
- Demonstrated understanding of user-centered design and development processes, with emphasis on extending brands across a broad range of customer segments
- Expert knowledge of all steps required in the creative development process, including providing clear creative direction, giving timely and helpful coaching
