Remote Creative Director

Job Summary

A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Creative Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Prioritizing ruthlessly and strategically translate business needs and objectives into executable creative solutions
• Pitching ideas and creative vision to internal clients, and form plans and break down the bigger picture into action items for your team
• Owning the creative vision and adhering to the branding guideline to ensure consistency and the standard of output across team members

Required Skills:

• A fine arts degree (preferred) or an undergraduate degree in graphic design, visual communication, typography, or a related subject, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of creative direction and management experience
• Track record of solving complex solutions for tech products in relevant fields
• Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, agile team setting and to navigate ambiguity.
