A digital marketing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Creative Operations Vice President.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop new job descriptions and department roles
• Manage natural attrition and forecasting number of new hires
• Oversee the hiring, onboarding, training, and developmental processes

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8+ years of digital media team management
• Proven track record of success in growing and scaling operations in previous role
• Previous P&L management experience
• Demonstrated ability to delegate effectively across a team in previous role
