Job Summary
A mental health company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Creative Project Management Senior Associate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Owning production of creative projects throughout all stages: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Working on projects ranging from brand campaigns and dedicated emails, to print and digital ads, to web design and video production
- Managing the Marketing Request Asana board
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of working experience as a creative production associate, junior producer or junior project manager
- Excellent communicator across multiple departments and disciplines
- Experience in Project Management tools such as Asana, WorkFront, JIRA, or similar platforms
- Comfortable crafting clarity out of ambiguity in a high growth environment
- Organized, with acute attention to detail
- Strong ability to problem-solve through project challenges
