Job Summary

A premium streaming service is filling a position for a Remote Creative Recruiter.

Must be able to:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process with a strong emphasis on hiring manager partnerships and candidate advocacy
• Develop comprehensive and innovative recruitment strategies to attract and secure competitive talent  
• Surface, validate, and analyze data through various talent platforms to evaluate recruitment strategy effectiveness

Required Skills:

• 6+ years full cycle recruitment experience within a high-growth company
• 5+ years leading complex Content and Marketing recruitment efforts at a major studio, media or tech company
• Must be experienced in competency-based behavioral interviewing
• Capacity to manage a req load and talent delivery projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of staff and leadership
• Strong interpersonal, time management, and communication skills
