Job Summary

A staffing and recruiting firm is in need of a Remote Creative Services Specialist Production Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing multiple creative projects simultaneously, during all phases of their life
• Managing creative workload and pipeline of upcoming projects
• Working with a multidisciplinary team to scope, plan, manage, and deliver on creative projects

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant project or production management experience
• Experience scheduling projects in Smartsheets or Microsoft Project
• Experience working with graphic designers, content writers, and videographers
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize across several projects and deliverables
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced (sometimes chaotic) environment
• Ability to assign production goals, tasks, and deadlines, based on logic/critical thinking
