Job Summary

A business process outsourcing company is in need of a Remote Credentialed Tax Professional.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Use a state-of-the-art video communication software (SmartLook) to interact with customers
• Help TurboTax customers who are working on their tax return
• Create high quality customer interactions & experiences that instill confidence

Qualifications for this position include:

• 5 + years of experience preparing federal & state individual 1040 tax returns for clients/customers
• An active unrestricted credential: EA, CPA or Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits or bonds
• Active PTIN
• 3 + years of recent experience
• History processing 50+ tax returns per tax year required
