Remote Credentialing and Licensing Clinician Success Specialist in Los Angeles

Job Summary

A mental healthcare organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Credentialing and Licensing Clinician Success Specialist in Los Angeles.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Reviewing credentialing and licensing applications from clinicians for accuracy and completeness
• Working with a variety of external partners to ensure that the information maintained in our systems is transferred into their systems and databases
• Managing the performance of your team members, focusing on areas such as pace, accuracy, professionalism

Qualifications Include:

• At least two years related experience required
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, communication, human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite / G Suite or related software
