Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Credentialing and Onboarding Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operational credentialing, privileging and licensing activities
- Manage the selection, training and development of staff
- Lead cross functional efforts to ensure a positive, professional and timely onboarding experience
Qualifications for this position include:
- At least 5 years of experience
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Associates Degree or equivalent
