Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Credentialing and Onboarding Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operational credentialing, privileging and licensing activities
• Manage the selection, training and development of staff
• Lead cross functional efforts to ensure a positive, professional and timely onboarding experience

Qualifications for this position include:

• At least 5 years of experience
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Associates Degree or equivalent
