Job Summary
A company that assists healthcare organizations to set up or expand their existing telemedicine capabilities has a current position open for a Remote Credentialing Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Participate in credentialing, re-credentialing, licensing and privileging activities
- Maintain provider credentialing files, e-files and update credentialing database with current and accurate information
- Process Primary Source Verification as part of the credentialing process
Qualifications for this position include:
- At least three years of experience in provider credentialing is required
- Experience with Joint Commission accreditation standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and web based applications
- Professional written and verbal communication skills and ability
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and proven accuracy with record keeping
