Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Credentialing Manager in Phoenix.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Being responsible for the continued identification, documentation and implementation of process and system efficiencies
• Managing coordination of policy, procedures, standards, communication, and training
• Providing daily guidance and education and problem solving to management team

Qualifications Include:

• 8+ years health care and/or business experience
• 3 years supervisory experience
• Managed care knowledge of provider networks, credentialing, and healthcare analytics
• Experience with healthcare data systems
• Ability to successfully analyze and resolve complex problems
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy, strong communication skills and the ability to establish team relationships
