Job Summary
A healthcare business and operations provider is filling a position for a Remote Credentialing Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining high quality, timely and accurate credentialing processes
- Acting as liaison with MSO as point person for completing/ensuring compliance
- Processing and maintaining credentialing and re-credentialing
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-year experience preferred in healthcare credentialing
- Demonstrated working knowledge of the health care and credentialing industry
- Completion of post Cactus training testing of 85% or greater
- Understanding of professional telephone etiquette
- NAMSS certified at CPCS level preferred, or pursue certification within one year
