Job Summary

A cloud computing company is seeking a Remote Credentials Technical Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Writing, reviewing, and maintaining credentials on topics pertaining to the administration and configuration
• Writing superbadge scenarios that evaluate a candidate’s ability to create solutions
• Creating, maintaining, and testing solutions and sample applications on the Salesforce platform

Required Skills:

• Degree in Credentialing, Education, or Instructional Design, or work equivalent experience
• Trailhead Ranger status and have completed 2+ superbadges
• Minimum 5 years working with the Salesforce platform
• Demonstrated ability for project management and creative thinking
• Ability to work with engineers, consultants, product managers, and documentation writers
• Excellent presentation skills
