Job Summary
A not-for-profit higher education institution needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Credit Advisor I.
Must be able to:
- Assist in the management of processes related to the collection of past due accounts
- Manage the integrity of student accounts for accuracy of charges, payments and related communications
- Assess creditworthiness and student situations and approve payment arrangements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree
- One to three years of work experience preferred in related field
- Equivalent of experience in lieu of degree is acceptable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong technical skills including, but not limited to Microsoft Office proficiency
