A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Credit Analyst in Cincinnati.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing a pipeline of conventional, government, and/or portfolio loans
- Acting as coordinator of loan in relation to customer needs and interests
- Processing all loan types
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- In depth knowledge of conventional, government, and portfolio underwriting guidelines
- High degree of attention to detail
- Knowledge of federal lending regulations governing residential real estate lending
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Demonstrated teamwork and customer service skills with a collaborative approach
