Job Summary

A financial services provider has a current position open for a Remote Credit Policy Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Reviewing and analyzing investor and agency announcements and bulletins
• Supporting and providing direction to sales, underwriting, and processing team members
• Monitoring and answering email inquiries after normal business hours, on a rotating shift basis

Required Skills:

• Solid knowledge and understanding of current business acumen
• Solid knowledge and understanding of mortgage lending processes, procedures, and regulations
• Solid knowledge and understanding of FNMA, FHLMC and GNMA guideline and eligibility requirements
• Solid knowledge and understanding of mortgage best practices
