Job Summary
An asset management and business processing solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Credit Recovery Customer Service Representative in Irving.
Must be able to:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls
- Perform data entry related to a new program
- Assist customers by researching their account
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Experience in servicing customers or some completed college coursework
- High speed internet access
- Must be able to download an app on a Smartphone or tablet
- Excellent PC and internet navigation skills
- Private workspace or home office free of distractions and outside noise
