Remote Credit Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit Representative (remote) Level 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with consumers via phone, live chat, email, and text using advanced technology
• Negotiate payment agreements and assist customers in resolving concerns
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage interactions and data

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1.5 years of 1st or 3rd party collections experience
• Ability to work in a dedicated, quiet home office environment
• Hard-wired internet connection of 50 MB or more
• General computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple screens
• Must be present in a virtual work environment via webcam during working hours
