Job Summary
A healthcare services company is in need of a Remote Credit Resolution Representative in Frisco.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Be responsible for follow up on credit balance accounts
- Perform refund and credit analysis, audit and reimbursement functions
- Review, preparation and submission of the Credit Balances Quarterly Report
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3-5 years in a Hospital PatientFinancial Services department
- Minimum education, technical training, and/or experience required to perform the job
- HS Diploma or equivalent, required
