Job Summary
A financial services and technology company is in need of a Remote Credit Risk Director .
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create and author our credit risk policy program from the ground up
- Remain current with industry standards and current card rules
- Assist Sales and Relationship Management teams to identify the risk profiles and potential mitigants for their clients
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Minimum of ten years of experience with recent responsibility for assessing/approving merchant chargeback risk
- Experience at a publicly traded company having credit risk roadmaps from the ground-up
- A manager who continues to be hands-on and take on individual contributor tasks
- Able to confidently present to all level stakeholders and build cross organizational productive and positive relationships
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
