Remote Credit Union Collections Specialist

Job Summary

A credit union service organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Credit Union Collections Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Mentoring new hires with side by side observation and shadowing
• Participating in web-based and instructor led training sessions
• Contacting Client’s past due borrowers through outbound calling campaigns

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED
• 2 years collection experience in a financial institution or similar industry
• 2 years work experience multitasking within multiple technologies
• 2 years work experience problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work in fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
• Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment in making decisions
