Job Summary
A credit union service organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Credit Union Inbound Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build rapport, provide excellent customer service, and impact people
- Take inbound calls from credit union members
- Help resolve account issues and financial inquiries
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to validate high school diploma or GED for pre-hire
- Superior customer service skills and financial understanding
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems/online applications
