Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage credit balances and issue refunds for customers
- Perform manual and electronic payment entry, deposit verification, and reconciliation
- Investigate variances and oversee cash management workflow
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of medical claims submission and insurance terminology
- Minimum of two years of medical or healthcare-related payment entry and billing experience
- Ability to read and interpret an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from a payer
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Windows and Office tools
- Must uphold confidentiality and comply with relevant regulations and policies
