Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Credits and Refunds Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage credit balances and issue refunds for customers
  • Perform manual and electronic payment entry, deposit verification, and reconciliation
  • Investigate variances and oversee cash management workflow
Required Qualifications
  • Knowledge of medical claims submission and insurance terminology
  • Minimum of two years of medical or healthcare-related payment entry and billing experience
  • Ability to read and interpret an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from a payer
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Windows and Office tools
  • Must uphold confidentiality and comply with relevant regulations and policies
