Job Summary

Managing credit balances and issuing refunds, the full-time Remote Credits and Refunds Associate will utilize expertise in payment entry and cash management workflows while working remotely with occasional office visits for meetings or training.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage credit balances and process refunds for customers
  • Perform manual and electronic payment entry, deposit verification, and reconciliation
  • Investigate variances and oversee reimbursement and cash management workflows
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of medical or healthcare-related payment entry experience
  • Knowledge of medical claims submission, denial investigation, and insurance terminology
  • Ability to read and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB) documents
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Office tools
  • Understanding of confidentiality compliance with federal, state, and company regulations
