Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Credits and Refunds Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage credit balances and issue refunds for customers
  • Demonstrate expertise in reimbursement and cash management workflow
  • Work independently or collaboratively to achieve individual and team goals
Required Qualifications
  • Must uphold confidentiality and comply with relevant policies and regulations
  • Strong mathematical skills and proficiency in technology, including Excel and Office tools
  • Ability to read and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from payers
  • Minimum of two years of experience in medical or healthcare payment entry or equivalent accounting experience preferred
  • Knowledge of medical billing and insurance terminology is preferred but not required
