Job Summary
A legal staffing services provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Criminal Defense Attorney in Sacramento.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Covering matters throughout Northern California
- Appearing in Court for hearings
- Defending clients in matters mostly involving DUI-related charges, both misdemeanor and felony
Position Requirements Include:
- Appear in Court for hearings
- Active admission to Practice Law in California
- 5+ years of criminal law experience
- Experience on your feet appearing before the Court
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to function independently
