Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Remote Critical Escalations and Intake Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing intake processes that determine how we route and prioritize project requests
  • Managing customer account escalations and coordinating resolution efforts
  • Ensuring customer escalations are resolved within agreed upon timelines

Position Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations/escalations in a customer-facing environment
  • Unfazed by constant change, growth, and fast pace
  • A collaborative, open attitude and a history of working in global cross-functional teams
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Excellent executive communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding project management and time management skills
