Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Remote Critical Escalations and Intake Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing intake processes that determine how we route and prioritize project requests
- Managing customer account escalations and coordinating resolution efforts
- Ensuring customer escalations are resolved within agreed upon timelines
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience in operations/escalations in a customer-facing environment
- Unfazed by constant change, growth, and fast pace
- A collaborative, open attitude and a history of working in global cross-functional teams
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Excellent executive communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding project management and time management skills
