A human resources consulting firm is filling a position for a Remote Critical Incident Services Coordinator Supervisor in Chicago.

- Providing supervision, consultation, direction, feedback and coaching to a team of CI Coordinators
- Establishing individual performance goals and action plans CI Coordinators
- Scheduling and conducting yearly performance appraisals
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experienc
- Community support or equivalent experience in a related field an asset
- Minimum 2 years progressive supervisory responsibility experience
- Strong problem solving and customer service experience
