Job Summary

A marketing and advertising agency has a current position open for a Remote CRM and Email Senior Manager.

Must be able to:

• Coach and mentor direct reports to develop their skills as it relates to account management, communication, client services, and email strategy
• Ensure deliverables for your clients and Directors are completed on-time
• Effectively analyze issues and work to formulate actionable solutions based on findings with minimal direction

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 3+ years email marketing experience
• Extensive experience with 3+ ESPs
• 2+ years of agency experience
• 1+ year managing others, such as Coordinators/Specialists, etc
• Experience havign successfully led clients in Strategist role for 1+ years or has been a Sr. Specialist for 2+ years
• 2+ years in a heavy project management role such as Sr. Specialist
