Job Summary
A solar energy company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote CRM Communications Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing, revising, and occasionally writing (as needed) customer-facing content
- Leading creation of new scheduled campaigns
- Writing campaign briefs, which include criteria and direction for creative, targeted customer segment and criteria selection, and messaging
Position Requirements Include:
- Knowledge and previous experience using CRM/engagement marketing technology
- 5+ years of marketing experience with planning and execution of email CRM campaigns
- Strong knowledge of email best practices
- Experience building, implementing and leading sophisticated projects and programs across many cross-functional groups
- Excellent project management skills
- Bachelor's and/or graduate degree
