Job Summary

An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote CRM Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing a book of business of accounts
  • Growing and developing customer relationships
  • Providing paid onboarding services to customers

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years in an Account Management or Customer Success role
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects with a high attention to detail
  • Data-driven to analyze and track key metrics in forecasting retention
  • Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals
  • Ability to proactively advocate customer needs, issues and product feedback
  • Demonstrated ability in a customer-facing role
