Job Summary
A cloud-based computing software firm. has a current position open for a Remote CRM Customer Success Manager in Princeton.
Must be able to:
- Align with key customer stakeholders across IT and Business to establish a stronger CRM management program
- Serve as a trusted advisor
- Promote ongoing improvement and best practice guidance
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- 7+ years of demonstrated work experience in administering and/or implementing Veeva CR, or a CRM-related product
- Proven track record of establishing themselves as a strategic trusted advisor to industry-leading customers
- Ability to articulate complex concepts to varying audiences with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter who is able to own the ongoing success of customer assignments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret customer information
