Job Summary

A banking app is in need of a Remote CRM Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing end-to-end deployment of email, SMS, push, and in-app campaigns
• Creating and continually refining and optimizing direct-to-consumer communications
• Setting up and monitoring complex journeys, triggers, and automations

Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years in a direct to consumer CRM role
• Related work experience which demonstrates an understanding of CRM marketing execution
• Knowledge and skill with data, data management, data activation and statistics
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and partner cross-functionally
• Have a record of driving cross-channel marketing campaigns
