An audit, tax and advisory organization is seeking a Remote CRM Manager in New York City.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying KPIs, planning and building informative dashboards
- Leveraging analytical insights from data through CRM and other marketing technologies
- Driving monthly business results, analyses, campaign wrap up reports and make recommendations
Position Requirements Include:
- 7+ years of experience working with CRM systems
- Strong project management skills
- Proficient with marketing measurement techniques, KPIs, BI and reporting tools
- Ability to analyze large quantity of structured and unstructured data
- Strong quantitative capability
- Responsible for presenting ideas and views clearly and with senior leadership
