Job Summary
A provider of CRM consulting and services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote CRM Software Account Manager.
Must be able to:
- Proactively guide clients in enhancing their use of Salesforce
- Partner closely with existing clients
- Translate client requirements into Salesforce design
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of experience managing an advanced Salesforce instance
- Deep understanding of Salesforce administration
- Operational or analysis background in sales, marketing or customer service
- Excellent problem solving and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to document requirements for technical resources
- Strong data management skills
