Job Summary
A pharmaceutical company has an open position for a Remote Crop Protection Sales Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Participate in industry trade shows
- Develop sales strategies for assigned customers and potential customers
- Achieve or exceed budgeted sales volume for assigned area
Qualifications for this position include:
- Position would require 20% travel including overnights
- Must possess advanced persuasive abilities and negotiation skills
- Bachelor of Arts in Business/ Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or Agriculture with five or more years' of proven sales experience
- Possesses advanced understanding of sales/marketing techniques and knowledge of the assigned products, markets and customer base
- Good organizational and planning skills as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) required
