Job Summary

A global insurance company is in need of a Remote Crop Risk Services Underwriting Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Maintaining deep knowledge of RMA established deadlines
• Ensuring the underwriting team meets all deadlines and compliance requirements
• Learning and maintaining a working knowledge of all crops/plans serviced by CRS

Position Requirements Include:

• Estimated Travel Percentage (%): Up to 25%
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and with external partners
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to build trust, gain support and influence others
• Ability to think strategically, improve processes and mitigate customer complaints
