Job Summary
A law firm specializing in employment and labor law is seeking a Remote Cross Border Employment Law Attorney.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting multinational companies of all sizes with labor and employment needs worldwide and advising clients on full range of international employment issues unique to global workforces
- Helping clients with matters related to employment life cycle worldwide including contracts, policies, investigations, multijurisdictional employment disputes, and employee mobility
- Facilitating our clients’ business growth by helping to harmonize global employment, HR, compensation, and data-protection needs in a cost-effective, solution-focused manner
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Juris Doctor
- Licensed to practice law in the United States location in which they are located, and in good standing
- 3+ years of U.S. labor and employment law experience
- Demonstrated excellent analytical, “outside-the-box” critical thinking, creative problem solving, writing, and communication skills
- Comfort analyzing novel and complex legal issues and helping design risk-based and client-practical solutions
