Job Summary
A provider of fulfillment services for e-commerce businesses has a current position open for a Remote Cross Dock Operations Manager in Chicago.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with cross-dock facilities and transfer carriers
- Own performance reporting for cross-dock partners providing performance reports and action plans
- Consistently hold cross-dock partners to SLAs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of experience working in cross-docking operations, process consulting, or fulfillment operations
- 1+ years of experience vendor or partner management
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and solve problems at the source
- Strong communication skills
- Intermediate SQL skills
- Strong computer literacy skills including Google Sheets/Excel
