Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing team performance against quotas and sales forecasts, and ensures sales objectives are met
- Monitoring the daily activity of sales representatives
- Establishing and reporting on metrics to measure the performance of the team’s sales activities
Position Requirements Include:
- 4+ years as a Sales Manager or Director
- Experience successful selling in an individual contributor role
- Track record of exceeding team sales quota
- Industry experience in software and financial sales
- Experience building, training, managing, growing and developing an outbound sales team
