Job Summary
A cruise company is in need of a Remote Cruise Line Reservations Agent in the Piedmont Triad Area.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Servicing and processing new and existing individual Reservations requests
- Demonstrating effort in maximizing revenue opportunities
- Adhering to all applicable department performance expectations
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Entry level with call center, sales or related travel industry experience
- Must be tech savvy, possessing the ability to perform basic computer troubleshooting
- Ability to remain seated for an extended period of time
- Ability to adhere to a strict attendance/work schedule policy
- Must have high speed internet connection and a quiet work space
