Job Summary

Passionate sales professionals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Personal Cruise Consultant, where they will initiate calls to connect with potential guests, close sales to meet ambitious revenue goals, and build lasting relationships while recommending Norwegian Cruise Line products.

Key responsibilities
  • Initiate calls and follow up on leads to understand and recommend cruise options to guests
  • Close sales and exceed revenue goals while establishing relationships with new and existing clients
  • Participate in training and outreach campaigns to enhance product knowledge and drive bookings
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
  • Minimum of 1 year of successful sales experience preferred; cruise sales experience is a bonus
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone
  • High-energy and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Strong enthusiasm for learning about Norwegian Cruise Line products
